We are looking for an exceptional, exciting, solution focussed, BIM Coordinator with the drive, ambition and capability to support multiple projects.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and develop design to construction using BIM processes (4D, 5D & 5D+), optimizing sustainability, digital engineering, buildability, carbon, logistics, industrialization, maintenance, and health/safety during construction and in-use.
• Drive production of As-Built information with asset data-rich 2D/3D models and drawings.
• Support BIM Manager with coordination, assurance, and reporting of BIM information.
• Assist the construction team with model and drawing development.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Appropriate professional qualification to HNC or higher
• Thorough knowledge of BIM implementation on a project
• Knowledge and awareness of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650
• You will have substantial CAD experience
• Good communication & administrative skills
