The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior BIM Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. You will lead digital integration and adoption on key infrastructure projects across the Infrastructure portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for digital integration and development at a framework / project level
• Liaising with the customer’s Information Management/BIM team and with other design and build contractors and works packages to ensure sharing of best practice, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure your project is supported and have adequate resources to deliver against contractual requirements
• Plan resource allocation at project level to determine most efficient use of staff in line with project demands
• Develop and execute a plan to effectively manage all project level resources
• Reporting project performance and digital delivery adoption at project level to Head of BIM
• Support implementation and management of digital design control procedures and systems

What you'll bring to the role:

• Thorough knowledge of the strategic development and implementation of BIM on a project and corporate level
• Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies
• Good understanding of engineering, data analytics and commercial awareness
• Resilient and able to face challenges proactively, comfortable and deal with senior management
• Experience with 3D modelling systems
