Great opportunity to step up  into a support role with one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.

Currently, all projects requiring BIM have been outsourced to third parties for information management. Initially, you will be getting to grips with understanding the landscape of the region and projects requiring support before, slowly bringing this support in-house and building your own team.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Design Coordination and Clash Detection (Solibri / Navisworks essential)

• Ability to engage and encourage the supply chain to deliver better BIM;

• Model audit (Autodesk tools +);

• Active involvement in, if not chairing, coordination meetings;

• Project set-up and relevant documentation preparation/checking.

NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE (but not essential):

• COBie delivery;

• On-site project BIM project delivery;

• Project handover.

SALARY

Up to £50k + good benefits
